Purpose: To provide income for scholarships for youth of Hampton participating in the Town sports programs.

2016 Year-end Balances: Principal $6,549. Income $99.
Investment Policy: Invest in conservative instruments.
Current Investment: Common Trust Fund (Income) portfolio.
Income Distributions: Half of the annual income is distributed to the Hampton Recreation and Parks Department to provide camperships for selected youth. The other half of the income is added to principal each year to grow the scholarship fund so as to keep pace with inflation.
